Currently underway, will be completed in 2018. Modernizing Spring Hill’s Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations will allow us to better preserve and protect the City’s from adverse development. Creating predictable, citizen friendly development patterns that will better allow the City to preserve and protect our historic identify while creating new economic opportunity allowing Spring Hill to become a more resilient, livable, citizen friendly community.

In May 2018, the Spring Hill Planning Commission approved the Subdivision Regulations component of the UDC and favorably recommended the Zoning Ordinance component to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
