Matt Fitterer is a problem solver. Working in healthcare management requires an understanding of complex regulations, out of the box thinking, and a focus on the big picture – skills that he puts to use for Tennessee.
As Spring Hill Alderman, Matt focuses on continuing infrastructure improvements, creating additional employment opportunities, and maintaining the fiscal responsibility that has led to the City of Spring Hill’s current budget surplus.
Matt works in a leadership role for the nation’s largest pediatric oral health care provider, treating over 1,000,000 children in 14 states annually. Matt is married to Joy, a public school educator, and together they have two young daughters. Matt holds a bachelor and master’s degree in health-related fields as well as an MBA. The Fitterers are members at The Bridge Church in Spring Hill and reside in the Cameron Farms subdivision.
Matt additionally is a member of the Tennessee Right to Life, National Rifle Association, Tennessee Republican Party, Williamson County Republican Party, graduate of the Spring Hill Citizens Police Academy and graduate of the Transit Leadership Academy.
