Major Thoroughfare Plan Update – Public Open House Meeting

Spring Hill’s Major Thoroughfare Plan (MTP) is the basis for our long term roadway infrastructure planning. The current MTP was adopted in 2015, and served as the basis for prioritizing road projects and setting current impact fees.

Join the Spring Hill Planning Commission and Transportation Advisory Committee for a public meeting regarding proposed updates to the MTP. The meeting will be an open house style – you can come and go as you please. The meeting will be held at City Hall, on October 29th from 6-8 PM.

The new MTP will assist in evaluating and potentially resetting impact fees.
